About Instant Makhana Dosa Recipe: How to Make Instant Makhana Dosa

To prepare this quick recipe, you need a total of six ingredients. Roasted makhana, pressed rice, semolina, curd, fruit salt and salt. That’s all you need to do to prepare this delicious treat.

Now to start the recipe, take a bowl, add makhana, rava, poha, curd, a cup of water and salt as per taste. Mix well and keep aside for few minutes.

Mix this mixture with 1/2 cup of water. do not add too much water; Otherwise the batter will stick to the pan.

Once the batter is ready, mix it well till it rises.

Heat a non-stick tava (griddle), add oil and pour the batter into 2 small cups and spread it with a spatula. Cook from both the sides. Put in the mixture. Your dosa is ready.
