firstly, take a large mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Then add ginger-garlic paste and water. Mix until you get the desired consistency.

Now dip the hard boiled egg in the batter and keep it aside for a few minutes.

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Add coated eggs and fry for 10-12 minutes. Take them out and pat with a tissue to remove excess oil.
