To make the recipe, first take a big pot and add water to it. Then, add long basmati rice with aromatic spices like cardamom and cinnamon. When it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer till the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
Next step is to heat ghee in a pan, add pieces of jaggery and then add boiled rice. Mix everything well.
