As mentioned earlier, make yakhni by boiling chicken pieces with whole spices. A variety of spices are used, from cinnamon to nutmeg. When the chicken is cooked, remove the masala bundle and cook the rice in yakhni (chicken and spice stock) with salt and other spices. We are not adding onions and tomatoes to the recipe, but you can feel free to do so.
