Put milk in a pan and bring it to boil. Till then add rice flour, milk powder and milk. Add it to boiled milk. Now add sugar and let it cool down. Then take rose syrup and hot water in a bowl. Mix it with the milk mixture.
After this, take a container, place the rusk pieces in it, pour some rose syrup and prepared gulab malai rabri over it. Repeat the process and garnish with dry coconut and dry fruits. Let it cool in the fridge and eat when you’re hungry!
