Summary According to the Goila recipe, cut and wash six red potatoes (a good source of starch and fiber) several times in cold water. Boil the slices for three minutes and drain them on absorbent paper and pat them dry. Then prepare the spice mix in a separate bowl using onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, mango powder, salt (including black salt) and powdered sugar. Now, double fry the potato slices – first on a medium flame and then turn the flame on completely.
