Firstly wash the spinach leaves and drain the excess water. Then grind the leaves along with the garlic cloves and green chilies in a blender. Once done, add chickpeas and grind again.
Now it’s time to add the spices. Add salt, garam masala powder and chaat masala and grind coarsely. Take it out in a bowl and keep it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Add bread crumbs to the mixture and mix well. Apply oil on the palms and make round tikkis one by one from the mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the tikkis.
