First, heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, a pinch of asafoetida and let them splutter for a few seconds.
Once done, add chopped green chillies, chopped ginger and garlic and saute for 10-20 seconds. Now, add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and wait till the tomatoes get mushy. After this add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt as per taste and mix well.
Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add sev, lemon drops and mix again. Cook for 20 seconds. Take it out in a bowl and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top. Voila, your quick and easy lunch is ready!
