First, grind the corn kernels coarsely. Add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves and some spices like salt, red chili powder and ginger garlic paste to taste. Once done, mix everything well.

Then add 1-2 boiled potatoes and mix well. After kneading the dough, take out a small portion from the dough and make tikkis. Repeat the same with the remaining mixture. Once done, coat the tikkis with semolina batter. And shallow/deep fry till perfection. Voila, your dish is ready to be tasted!
