5 tips to store pulses the right way:
1. Dried Neem Leaves
If you want to store a lot of grains, then put some dried neem leaves at the bottom of the container and then fill the grains in it. This will keep the grain safe for a longer period of time. For centuries, farmers have been using this method to keep insects from spoiling their crops.
2. Aeration
Aeration is an essential part of maintaining the quality of pulses and reducing pest problems during storage. You can air the pulses from time to time and keep it in the sun for some time.

3. Roast the pulses
It’s also a good idea to dry roast the pulses before storing them in their glass jars. To prevent the dal from getting spoiled, add a pinch of dry red chilies to the jar.
4. Garlic
