It will be offered with three engine options – a 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine producing 83 hp, a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 100 hp and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. A five-speed manual transmission will work on the 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine, 1.2-litre petrol engine and 1.5-litre diesel engine. In addition, the 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine will be mated to an iMT manual and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission unit.

The 2022 Hyundai Venue is likely to be launched at a starting price of Rs 7 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India). When launched, the new Venue will compete with the likes of Maruti Brezza and Tata Nexon in the Indian market.
