Prime Minister Narendra Modi again decided to answer Congress taunted poisonous snake against him By saying that the snake is the garland around the neck of Lord Shiva and he will accept the snake around the neck of the people of the country whom they consider to be Lord Shiva.
The main issue for the Congress in this Karnataka election is ‘poisonous snakes’. They are comparing me with a snake and asking people for votes. But the snake is the garland around the neck of Lord Shankar. For me the people of the country are like Lord Shiva. That’s why I accept to be a snake on the neck of those people of the country who are like Lord Shiva to me. Assembly elections in Karnataka on May 10,
But I know that the people of Karnataka will give a befitting reply to the Congress with their votes for making such remarks against me. The anger of the people of Karnataka, the land of saints and cultural heritage, will be reflected in the ballot box on May 10.
It may be noted that AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge had recently described Mr. Modi as a poisonous snake, triggering a controversy.
85% commission govt
Hitting back at the Congress for accusing the BJP government in Karnataka of demanding 40% commission from contractors for clearing its bills, Mr Modi remarked that the Congress’s main hallmark is the distribution of 85% commission.
‘I am not making such an allegation. This was accepted by the tallest leader of the Congress and the then Prime Minister. This Congress leader used to proudly say that if you send one rupee from Delhi, only 15 paise will reach the ground.
He said, on the other hand, the amount of money that the BJP government is sending from the Center is reaching 100 percent to the beneficiaries. In fact, we sent Rs 29 lakh crore to the accounts of beneficiaries through Direct Benefit Transfer in the last nine years. Had the Congress system been in place, considering its 85% commission, nearly ₹24 lakh crore would not have reached the beneficiaries,” he alleged and urged people to imagine how much money could be deposited by Congress leaders in their wallets. Was.
Congress attacked
Targeting the Congress, he said, ‘Congress cannot take action against corruption. It cannot take up any scheme which does not involve some scam. Even now, many leaders including people from the first family of Congress are out on bail in cases related to corruption,” he alleged.
He said that the previous Congress government had recovered only Rs 5,000 crore from corrupt people as against recovery of one lakh crore in the last nine years.
“The Congress is facing difficulty because we have started a crusade against corruption. So, they are threatening us and saying they are digging Modi’s grave.
Mr Modi appealed to the people to save Karnataka from unstable governments as well as the “corrupt” Congress and JD(S). “Unstable governments cannot function effectively. His hallmark is quick corruption as well as compromise with public interest.
He described both Congress and JD(S) as hindrances in the development of the state and remarked that people would clean bowl them in the assembly elections.
