Shubho Paul scored his third goal of the season as Sudeva Delhi FC overtook 10-man TRAU FC at the Kalyani Stadium.
With 15 minutes left on the clock, Sudeva Delhi finally broke the deadlock when Paul held his side by hitting the ball into the back of the net via a free-kick.
The TRAU was reduced to 10 players three minutes before Fayazuddin was sent off for his second yellow card.
During the first half, Sudeva was the dominant side, which disappointed TRAI players who tried to control the game with aggression resulting in a red card.
Sudeva Delhi completely dominated the match in terms of ball possession (57%).
He attempted 14 shots, compared to three by his opponents.
Sudeva’s goalkeeper Kabir Kohli did not make a single save on his debut as Trai did not hit a single shot.
