I noticed that Pakistan High Commission responded to Pahalgam protest in London- no remorse, no sympathy

TeaHe called upon the Pakistan High Commission to protest after the Indian migrant Pakistan terror attack in London. I was also there in solidarity. Perhaps it was anger, or sorrow was trying to find a voice. This is a way to say that even to stay away from home, you still hurt the same, yet feel deeper than the distance. Sitting with what I was feeling, I decided to show, not just scroll the past. Not out of politics or anger, but out of a simple need of Islamic terrorism to stand with Hindu and Christian victims, and their families who were suffering a calm grief.

When I reached outside the Pakistan High Commission, the reaction of the authorities was something that I did not expect. It was not just cold – it seemed that they were ready to make fun of the pain that we came to share. No remorse. No sympathy. There is no mark of humanity.

I could understand whether the common citizens worked in that way – anger, nationalism, or whatever. But the authorities are usually trained to keep a certain dignity even when they are neutral and disagree. Instead, he installed loudspeakers to get out the voices of the protesters. For example, there is a need to silence a lot of thoughts of our grief.

No shame, no restraint

What happened next was actually standing outside. A staff member appeared in the verandah of the High Commission and indicated a strangulation towards the protesters. It was impossible to direct, intentionally and misinterpret it. There was no need for any official statement after that – action always speaks loudly than words. There was no shame, there was no restraint, and there was no acceptance of the horror against which we were protesting. Just more hatred introduced our pain back, revealing the depth of their enmity.

During the protest, at some point, for some strange reasons, the Pakistan High Commission looked like Islamic religious music. It was a demonstration against a terrorist attack, which, as being widely allegedly being alleged, was to play the role of Pakistan. In fact, then, what was being done with devotional music?

This came out against the backdrop of the recent statement of Asim Munir, head of Pakistan’s Army Chief General, where he insisted on differences between Hindus and Muslims, while invited. Two countries theoryWhen the army chiefs of a country make such remarks, terrorists kill Hindus based on their identity, and religious songs are exploded on a crowd of mourning violence, it becomes easy to add dots. All this can be a big coincidence, but it definitely did not feel so. Not in that moment.

Tied with sorrow, no faith

Indian protesters chanting religious slogans and hit back. I usually do not condemn religious attacks during protest. But in this case, it was understood. The victims were targeted as they were Hindus. Therefore, people who expressed their Hindu identity through religious slogans were not out of place.

For me, he stood more, shown to India. People of various religions and even nationalities- Sikhs, Muslims, Jews, and, I heard, some Iranians. Seeing this, it felt like a huge opposite. On one hand, a clear performance of religious domination. On the other hand, people standing together – not with religion, but with a shared sorrow. For me, any speech can be more than.

Of course, the protest was not completely dignified. As the two sides taunted each other and made fun of them, an Indian Guilty bang The window of the High Commission. Some slogans – as directed in Prime Minister Narendra Modi – entered from this point. Sometimes, the protesters forget why they are performing in the first place. The anger takes over, and people start expressing displeasure instead of keeping space. And when this happens, something is lost – especially when the protest is to honor the dead.
