While Yadav won the ICC Men’s T20I Cricketer of the Year award, Singh won the ICC Emerging Women’s Cricketer of the Year award. Reflecting on their stupendous performance in 2022, the Indian duo shared a special message and thanked them for the honour.

“Thank you very much for being named the ICC Men’s T20I Cricketer of the Year. It’s a great feeling and 2022 has been amazing for me from a personal perspective,” Yadav said. Singh, another Indian star who won the ICC Emerging Woman Cricketer of the Year award, also thanked her family and teammates for her success.
