But recently, a bizarre dosa shared on Twitter didn’t go down well with internet users. A Twitter user shared a video of making ice cream dosa. Yes, you heard that right! A street vendor has made a bizarre dosa made of ice cream, and the video has left foodies in awe. Take a look:

This clip has been shared by user @byomkeshbakshy on Twitter. Since it was posted, it has garnered over 517k tweet views, 201k video views and thousands of comments and likes. ,South Indian dish Dosa has to make friends with ice cream to survive in Gujarat [South Indian dosa has to befriend ice cream to survive in Gujarat],” the user wrote in the caption.
In the video of Ice Cream Dosa, firstly, the seller pours some dosa batter on a hot tawa. He sprinkled some ghee on top for proper cooking. Then, while the dosa was cooking, she added three different ice cream flavors to it, including vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate. He spread the ice cream over the dosa to melt it a bit and then put it on another plate covered with a banana leaf. Then, he sprinkled some jam and candied fruit And fold the dosa. Finally, he sprinkled some sprinkles and chocolate sauce on the dosa and served it with three ice cream cups!
Internet users could not resist commenting on this bizarre ice cream dosa. Many people said that making this strange combination of sweet dosa was a crime. One user wrote, “This is a crime.” While another user wrote, “Regret having eyes today!” However, some others said that they would not mind tasting the dosa and the dish is being unnecessarily misrepresented. One user wrote, “I will eat that,” while another user wrote, “Really, you get amazing dosas, Idli and Vada All over Gujarat. This is some useless experiment in the name of food innovation by some Gujarati street vendors.”
