Describing India as a ‘bright place’, International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva said that the country has been a fast growing economy even during these difficult times. He said, ‘India deserves to be called a bright spot on this otherwise dark horizon as it has been a fast growing economy even during these difficult times, but most importantly, this growth is based on structural reforms’.
