Important Sections of JEE Mains 2022 Maths Class 11, 12 NCERT

About a month left for the first season Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022Most of the candidates must have either completed their course or are about to complete it. Engineering entrance exam questions are mostly from NCERT class 11 and 12 books. Mathematics paper is no different.

According to JEE Main toppers, NCERT books are the most important source of study. Focus should be priority on NCERT syllabus: Last year Toppers “It covers the entire syllabus. Around 60-70% of JEE Advanced is also from NCERT. Candidates need to have personal control over this part of the syllabus,” says Vaibhav Vishal, Who topped JEE Main in 2021. He had secured 100 percentile in the examination last year. Apart from NCERT books, candidates also rely on mock tests and previous years question papers.

Mathematics is the highest scoring among all the three subjects in JEE Main. This is a topic based on calculations and formulas. The most important maths chapters for JEE Mains are:

arithmetic logic: With the right preparation, students can definitely score 4 marks.

Applications of Trigonometry or Heights and Distances: This chapter provides the possibility to score 4 more marks.

differential equations: This chapter, if practiced well, can fetch you 4 more marks.

Progress and Series: Students are generally familiar with this chapter. 4 marks, if done correctly.

3D Plane: Practice it well. You can get 8 marks if two questions are correct.

Limitations: Chapter 4 presents a good opportunity to score other marks.

Bring a change in your mindset by developing a positive attitude towards the subject. Start your preparation early. Practice until you are familiar with the concepts. Do not engage in rote learning. Create a math dictionary. Pick any good coaching material and solve it completely. Practice as many different types of questions as you can. Be quick to solve problems. Time management is a very important factor.
