US President Joe Biden made another mistake on Saturday at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit. Speaking at the event, Mr. Biden juxtaposed Colombia and Cambodia. He mistakenly thanked Colombia for hosting the ASEAN summit instead of Cambodia.
Initiating the talks, the US President said, “It was an honor to host at the White House in May and now that we are back together in Cambodia.” “I look forward to building even stronger progress than ever before. I would like to thank the Prime Minister for his leadership of Colombia as ASEAN President,” he said.

Mr Biden was referring to Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, who currently chairs the 10-member regional bloc.
According to New York PostThis is the second time this week that he united Colombia and Cambodia while talking about the ASEAN summit. On Thursday, as he left for the summit, he reportedly said he was “going to Colombia” before correcting himself.

It follows a series of mistakes Mr. Biden has made in recent days.
