Oil marketing company Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) on Thursday announced that its board meeting will be held next week on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, to announce the company’s financial results and final dividend for the financial year along with bonus shares. issue will be considered. 2021-22.

IOC shares were trading with a decline of 0.3% 120 per share on BSE in early deals on Thursday. Shares of IOC are up over 16% in the one-year period, while the stock has risen nearly 6% so far in 2022 (YTD), while the benchmark Sensex has lost 10% during the said period.
