London: A 28-year-old man of Indian origin who stabbed His wife was sentenced to life in prison on Monday by a UK court convicted of murder, before driving several times on a nearby road where she left her body on the sidewalk.
Kashish Aggarwal attacked wife Geetika Goyal At his home on Wintersdale Road in Leicester, central England, on March 3 this year. He then put her body in the boot of his car and drove about half a mile to Uppingham Close, where he left her body on the road before heading back home, Leicestershire Crown Court Was told.
Agarwal was sentenced by the court to life imprisonment for a minimum sentence of 20 years and six months before being eligible for parole.

A murder investigation was launched, with Agarwal initially being treated as a key witness. But soon after initial interrogation, he was arrested on suspicion of murder. The CCTV interrogation also showed the husband driving Goyal’s car to collect the body.
