Referring to India’s prospect of increasing oil imports from Russia, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson, Arindam Bagchi on June 02 said that the country’s approach to oil procurement will be guided by energy security requirements. Addressing a press conference, Bagchi said, “Our approach to oil procurement will be guided by our energy security needs.”
