“But what happened after that? Many people in Congress also feel that Hardik was not used properly by the party after 2017. This may be because some people in the party will think that if I am given importance today I will come his way after 5 or 10 years.” , who became the working president of Gujarat in 2020.

However, the flamboyant leader was quick to back down and rubbished the rumors of leaving the Congress. “There is a rumor that I am leaving Congress, I don’t know who is spreading…” he was quoted as saying by news agency ANI.

He said, ‘So far I have given my 100 percent to the Congress and will also give it in the coming days. There will be petty fights and allegations and counter-allegations within the party, but we have to work together…”
