Gujarat Titans team posing with new jersey
Gujarat Titans hosted their much-awaited opening ceremony at the Narendra Modi Stadium here on Sunday. Jay Shah, Hon’ble Secretary, BCCI was present as the Chief Guest at the event.
The grand ceremony showcased the rich culture and heritage of the team’s home state. The jersey was launched by Jay Shah along with Gujarat Titans Chief Operating Officer Col Arvinder Singh, Gujarat Titans head coach Ashish Nehra, Gujarat Titans Director of Cricket Vikram Solanki and its captain. In addition, in attendance at the stadium were members of the Gujarat Titans squad such as Wriddhiman Co:Varun Aaron, Vijay ShankarYash Dayal, Darshan Nalkande, Abhinav Manohar and B Sai Sudarshan to name a few.
Gujarat Titans made headlines after launching the team’s logo. They became the first team to do so and set a benchmark by introducing a dedicated virtual space for their global community of fans and players. Building on that, he launched Team Jersey in Augmented Reality. This is again a remarkable step forward in terms of fan engagement and community building.
The team is all set for its first season, which will be preceded by a pre-season camp at its iconic home stadium in Ahmedabad.
