IPL digital rights went at a higher price than TV as Viacom18 bought it for Rs 23,758 crore, while Star India won the TV rights for Rs 23,575 crore.
Reliance-owned Viacom-18 also won rights to Australia, South Africa and the United Kingdom. The Times has got MENA (Middle East North Africa) and United States and Rest of the World rights.
