Easy Omelette Recipe: How to Make Spinach Omelette in 10 Minutes
First wash the spinach leaves and chop them finely. Do not let the leaves dry out; Leave some water. Slice the garlic thinly. In a mixing bowl add one tablespoon of milk to the eggs. Add a pinch of salt and gently beat the egg until the yolk is well combined.
Heat a cast iron skillet (or any other frying pan) over low-medium heat and add chopped spinach, garlic and salt to taste. Allow the leaves to wither before removing them from the skillet.
