When you step into your place of employment, you feel an immeasurable sense of pride and accomplishment, starting a new journey towards another pinnacle of success. You have finally entered the corporate world, where your only goal is to climb the corporate ladder and ensure that you achieve your goals for the rest of your life. But what happens when your dreams are badly damaged by work stress and burnout?

As simple as it may seem, the feeling of not being able to do anything or just being a loser is very prevalent. You may have anxiety as a result of that strong feeling of work-related stress. When your job no longer interests you, the only thing you’re looking forward to is spending time in bed doing something unrelated to work. But why, especially when you should be eager to work and advance in your career, are you constantly haunted by this reckless feeling?

While this can be an extremely pessimistic view, many people act that way. They simply do not want to put in the extra effort required to fulfill their objectives and aspirations. Because they are no longer interested in their work, some employees simply want to do what they are already doing.

Some people also think that by doing this they can achieve some balance in their life. If one chooses to quietly quit the job, i.e. to withdraw from the excellence of the job and stay abreast, all paid time off, deferred vacations, and unplanned travel can be reinstated. When your mental health is compromised, re-gaining time with your family, partner, or children takes precedence over your career. Many people may be on the verge of giving up at the moment, but most of the time they don’t.

When is it appropriate to change jobs?
You need to change jobs immediately because you intend to quietly resign from your current position. Once you accept the idea that your job isn’t “just doing it for you,” jealousy at work and your intentions to quit won’t go away quickly. Most people recommend quitting your job at this point and finding a new one where you can more effectively bridge the gap between your personal and professional life and focus on growing your career.
