IT stock LTI Mindtree declares ₹40 per share dividend, 21% growth in Q4 revenue

“The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. Ray’s equity share. 1 each, subject to the approval of the shareholders. 40/- per issue subject to the approval of the shareholders, the final dividend will be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’). In a stock exchange filing, LTIMIndtree said, the record date will be communicated to the shareholders eligible to receive the dividend and for the purpose of determining the date of the AGM.

During Q4FY23, the company’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 8691 crore, registering a growth of 21.9% over the previous year. 7,128.6 crore in Q4FY22. The gross profit of the company was 2,598.70 crore during the quarter ended March 2023, a growth of 16.1% 2,238 crore during the year-ago quarter. LTIMindustrie said its EBITDA grew 10.5% to Rs 1603.7 crore from Rs 1451 crore in the year-ago quarter. During the quarter ended March 2023, the company’s net profit was Rs 1114.1 crore, as against Rs 1000.7 crore in the December 2022 quarter and Rs 1109.1 crore in the March 2022 quarter, registering a QoQ growth of 11.3% and a YoY growth of 0.5%. represents.

In FY23, the company registered revenue from operations of 33183 Cr, up 27.1% YoY from 26108.7 crores in FY22. Its Ebitda was 6107.70 Cr in FY23, up 16.4% YoY 5248.6 cr in FY22. LTIMindtree said its net profit in FY2023 was Rs 4410.3 crore, up 11.7% over the previous year. 3950 crores in FY22.

We added 31 new clients for Q4 and increased our client count to over USD 50 million from 2 to 13. Our full year operating margin was 16.2% and Basic EPS was Rs 149.1. Client requirements have changed over the past quarter, and we are now meeting the new requirements to deliver cost savings, which are being directed to fund in-flight transformation programs,” said Debashish Chatterjee.

Shares of LTI Mindtree closed on BSE on Friday Closes at 4419.30, up 2.29% from previous close 4320.30.
