Datamatics Global Services, a small cap IT company today touched a new 52-week high after the IT company declared strong fourth quarter earnings with 100% dividend.
“The Board has recommended, subject to the approval of the shareholders, a final dividend of Rs. 3.75/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each and a special dividend of Rs. 1.25/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year ending March 31, 2023,” Datamatics Global Services said in a stock exchange filing.
The company registered a growth of 30.91% in net profit 59.72 cr in Q4 FY23 as compared to Rs. 45.62 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. compared to the revenue of 313.30 crore in the March quarter of FY22, revenue grew by 32.9% YoY (YoY) 416.28 cr in Q4FY23. EBIT, or earnings before interest and tax, up 78% YoY and 50% QoQ to Rs. 75.3 crores. EBIT margin climbed 462 bps QoQ to 18.1%.
On Wednesday, Alkerms, a worldwide biopharmaceutical firm making cutting-edge drugs in brain and cancer topics, and Datamatics, a global provider of digital technologies, operations and experiences, entered into a strategic alliance. Datamatics Global Services shares hit 52-week high 473 per share during afternoon deals and closed on BSE up 7.49% from previous close of 440.85 410.15. The stock reached a 52-week low 233.80 on (11/05/2022). During Q4FY23, Datamatics Global Services registered a promoter shareholding of 70.91%, FII holding of 2.70% and public holding of 26.39%.
