iVOOMi S1 electric scooter bookings open for just Rs 749: Test ride to start from May 28 – Times of India

iVOOMi Energy recently launched its S1 . has introduced electric scooter 84,999 (ex-showroom) in the Indian market. Now the company has started booking the iVOOMi S1 electric scooter for a token amount of Rs 749. Apart from this, iVOOMi will also start the test ride of the S1 e-scooter from May 28, 2022.
The manufacturer says that the iVOOMi S1 electric scooter will be available from May 28 across its dealerships in 12 cities – Nagpur, Pune, Mumbai, Gondia, Kolhapur, Nanded, Ichalkaranji, Surat, Ahmednagar, Bhavnagar, Kutch and Adipur. Thereafter, the e-scooter will be available across all dealerships in India till June 5.

iVOOMi says that the S1 electric scooter has been developed by the International Center for . has been approved by Automotive technology (ICAT) as well as registered by Regional Transport Office (RTO).
The iVOOMi S1 electric scooter packs a 2kWh lithium-ion battery and 60V electric motor that offers a top speed of 65 kmph. The e-scooter offers a claimed range of 115 km on a single charge. It takes around 3-4 hours for the battery to be fully charged.
The curb weight of the bike is 75 kg. The iVOOMi S1 electric scooter is available with a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) feature that gives it an edge over its competitors like the Bounce Infinity.
