Terrorists opened fire on police, CRPF team in Srinagar

Militants opened fire on a joint party of Jammu and Kashmir Police and CRPF at Soura in Srinagar district on Tuesday evening.
The Superintendent of Police, Hazratbal, along with a team of CRPF, were checking at a ‘naka’ point in Soura when a terrorist fired upon them. No one was hurt but the team of police and security forces retaliated immediately.
Reportedly, the terrorist got injured during retaliatory action but managed to escape. Police sources said that they are chasing the terrorist in the vehicle. Additional forces have reached the spot and operation has been started to nab the attacker.
