Job impact, not salary, job location a priority for employees in India: Survey

According to a report by job platform Naukri.com, when it comes to job search, employees are no longer fixated on the take-home amount and look beyond monetary pay. The impact of work was voted the most by about 66 percent of respondents, followed by work culture (64 percent), and job location (62 percent).
