For many people, the day begins when they have had their first cup of coffee. Looks like actress Karisma Kapoor also falls in the fast growing category. In one of her latest Instagram stories, she revealed her love for coffee. A hot cup of coffee is shown in the image. “Coffee and me,” Karisma wrote on the image, adding a heart emoji at the end. Health experts agree that moderate consumption of coffee — 2-4 cups — can be healthy for most people and lowers the risk of certain health problems such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease and depression.

The delicious blend of crunchy nuts and the goodness of roasted coffee is best served chilled with kulfi. This Indian frozen dessert can also be flavored with cardamom, cinnamon and star anise.
