The Akshaya Patra Foundation on Thursday relaunched the Mid-Day Meal (MDM) scheme for children in Karnataka after the Covid-19 pandemic kept them away from school for the past 18 months. Lakhs of students from government and government aided schools are benefitted by the MDM program. .
