India’s first GT car owned by Kartik Aaryan is a McLaren 720s with orange exterior paint. The supercar has a top speed of 326.7 kmph and is capable of doing 0-100 kmph in just 3.1 seconds and does 0-200 kmph in 9 seconds. The McLaren GT gets three driving modes – Comfort, Sport and Track. It is also lightweight, with a curb weight of 1,530 kg.
In terms of engine, the McLaren GT comes with a twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 engine that churns out 620 PS of power and 630 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox with paddle shifters and a rear-wheel-drive system.
Inside, it gets several premium features, such as electronically adjustable heated seats with plush padding, McLaren’s touchscreen infotainment system, Bluetooth connectivity, heating and ventilation controls, media streaming, a 7-inch driver central with functions like voice commands Touch Screen. and satellite navigation among others.
In addition, the McLaren GT comes equipped with a double wishbone suspension setup and engine mounts to reduce chassis noise and enhance comfort.
