First of all, straighten your legs forward on the mat. Now slowly and carefully move your legs back and forth. This will give relief from pain. Do this at least 10 times. Now while inhaling – exhale and move your legs. Now open and close the fingers of the toes 20 times.
To reduce the pain of the legs, keep one knee bent and hold it with the hand and keep the waist straight. Now raise the legs straight 10 times and then rest them on the floor. Now do the same with the other leg.
