Keeway Sixties 300i, Vieste 300 scooters launched in India at Rs 2.99 lakh – Times of India

Hungary based two wheeler manufacturer keyway It recently introduced three new products for the Indian market, which include the K-Light 250V quarter-litre cruiser motorcycle, and the Sixties 300i, the Vieste 300 scooter. Now, the company has revealed the prices of its two 300cc scooters, with both the Sixties 300i and Vieste 300 available at a starting base price of Rs 2.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
Both the scooters draw power from the same 278.8 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled motor that makes 18.7 horsepower at 6,500 rpm, along with 22 Nm of peak torque that is available at 6,000 rpm. Transmission duties are handled by an automatic gearbox.

The distinguishing factor between the two Keyway scooters is the design. While the Vieste 300 is a true maxi-scooter, the Sixties 300i adorns a retro design that claims to mimic the scooters made in the 60s, certainly with many modern touches.
The braking setup of both the scooters gets dual-channel ABS with disc brakes at both the ends. While the Sixties 300i rides on 12-inch wheels, the Vieste 300 is equipped with 13-inch units. The former is being offered in Matte Light Blue and Matte Gray paint schemes, while the latter can be had with Matte Blue or Matte Black color options.

Keyway is offering two scooters with a standard 2-year/unlimited km warranty, and they will be available at present benelli Dealership in India – Kiway is a subsidiary of Benelli. Apart from this, the price of the K-Light 250V motorcycle is yet to be revealed.
