Keto Strawberry Smoothie
This sweet, fruity, thick and ultra-creamy smoothie recipe is just 4 ingredients and will hardly take 2-3 minutes to prepare.
Component:
a box of strawberries
1 large avocado
1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp honey
Process:
Put all the ingredients in a blending jar. Add sweetener as per your taste. Blend all the ingredients until thick. Take it out and enjoy. You can also freeze it as per your choice.

Keto Pancakes
These fluffy, low-carb, keto-friendly pancakes are made with just 8 ingredients and serve a total of 6 grams of carbohydrates.
Component:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp baking powder
5 large eggs (optional)
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
Process:
Mix all the ingredients together and make a smooth paste in a bowl. Make sure there are no lumps. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and keep the stove on a medium-low flame. Pour a little batter on the griddle and let it cook for 1-2 minutes. When small bubbles appear on one side of the pancake, flip the pancake. Cook on the other side also for 1-2 minutes. Repeat the process for the rest of the batter. Garnish it with fruits, maple syrup etc.
Keto Upma
Another healthy and easy recipe to make Keto Upma is
Component:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 medium sized tomatoes
vegetables as per your taste
Green chilly
ghee / oil
cashews or peanuts
One inch ginger, mustard seeds, curry leaves and cumin seeds
Process:
Put oil or ghee in a pan, when the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies and curry leaves. When these are mixed, add onion to it and mix till it turns brown. Now add salt and dry fruits as required and mix well. Add tomatoes and vegetables and let them cook for 2 minutes. Add some water and boil it. For the last step, add almond flour and mix it well to avoid lumps. Cook it on low heat till it is well mixed and cooked and serve hot.
Keto Peanut Butter Smoothie
This is a refreshing low carb smoothie that is again easy to make.
Component:
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp sugar free sweetener
1 tsp cocoa powder
Badam Milk
Process:
Put all the ingredients in a blending jar. Add sweetener as per your taste. Blend all the ingredients until thick. Take it out and enjoy. You can also freeze it as per your choice.
