Telugu actress and TV presenter Lakshmi Manchu is a fitness fanatic and is always eager to learn new skills. While away from acting, he is often seen in the gym, working hard and always ready to experiment with different types of exercises such as martial arts, kickboxing, yoga, or any high-intensity workout.
Boasting a huge fan following on social media, the Nandi award winner often showcases her high-intensity workout routines for effective yoga asanas on Instagram.
The actress is currently taking lessons in Kalaripayattu, a popular martial art practiced in India, and is believed to have originated in Kerala. Globally considered one of the oldest and most scientific martial arts, it helps to increase body flexibility and improve concentration. It is also beneficial for mental health, promotes concentration and stimulates body awareness.
Veteran actor Mohan Babu’s daughter Lakshmi Manchu recently posted a picture on Instagram posing for a cat, known as Marjara Vaidu.

In her post, Lakshmi mentions the benefits of Marjara Vaidu Mudra as she writes that this pose requires flexibility of the body and also helps in improving range of motion. Apart from this, it helps in developing the coordination of mind and body and also helps in gaining control over the mind.

Professionally, Lakshmi Manchu was last seen in the anthology drama Pitta Kathalu, which was Netflix’s first Telugu original film. The film, which released in 2021, also starred Shruti Haasan, Isha Rebba, Amala Paul, Jagapathi Babu and Ashima Narwal.
