“Questions have been raised on the selection. For the first time after independence, in the J&K Jump Service exam, the final candidate was interviewed and the result was declared within three hours,” he said.
Sinha said, “If someone alleges that a fake recruitment has been done, I will leave J&K the very next minute.”
While giving a message to a gathering on the occasion of the inauguration of the Tulip Garden here, Sinha said that wherever kickbacks have been found, orders have been given to probe the country’s premier investigative agency, the CBI.
“Many people have been arrested and I want to put on record that no one will be spared, even if they are powerful. They will be punished according to the law and constitution of the country,” he said.
Several government employees were sacked and referring to the criticism by politicians, Sinha said 47 people were sacked for their alleged involvement in terrorism and anti-national activities.
“Those who recruited 1.5 lakh people through backdoor have no moral right to question. Let them introspect,” he said. He said that his administration will not take any wrong decision under anyone’s pressure.
He said that some people, who are engaged in corruption, are visible, opposing the property given by the Center to the State.
