I just want to request you that you must think once again about the 10 nominations you have made. And respecting the Constitution and the order of the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court, you withdraw your order.

On the other hand, Delhi’s Deputy CM Manish Sisodia has written a letter to the MCD commissioner on this issue. He has told Commissioner Gyanesh Bharti in his letter that the 10 people who were nominated in the Municipal Corporation, in this case neither the procedure was followed for setting up the file nor the file was sent to me as the Urban Development Minister. Went . It is unfortunate that this work has been done regarding the listed government. Nominating 10 members as such is against the 2018 constitution bench judgment of the Supreme Court.

Sisodia further said that in the constitution, the subject of public government and state government has been told that on which date the Delhi government has full authority. Seeing all this, I want to tell you that now you should move forward in this matter and do not get these 10 people sworn in.
