Correct trend
The Defense Minister of India is correct in its demand that Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal should be brought under the clock of the International Atomic Energy Agency (Page 1, 16). A country that uses the danger of ‘atomic blackmail’ cannot be trusted to restrain under any circumstances. A country with a state policy of nutrition and export of cross -border terrorism creates a situation that is more dangerous.

While dealing with state bills, the developments around the ‘deadline’ of the Supreme Court for the governors and the President show that the Center does not intend to let their Struggle go to the states, thus faced a healthy federal installation in the country (“Stalin calls the top court for the post of a top court to work on the state bills”, 16 May.
In fact, the apex court has only provided a safety valve in its judgment to reduce the pressure arising out of the growing deadlock between some governors and some states.
