Ernakulam Rural Police has issued a lookout notice against an accused in a case registered in connection with the alleged abduction and assault of a person.
Police are on the lookout for Sanish, 46, from Malappuram, Saji, 45, from Thalayolparambu, Anoop alias Pothu Kuttan, 36, from Maravanthuruth, Arjun Mohan, 25, from Vaikom, and Ratheesh, 38, from Kottayam.
This incident happened on 7th May. A man, originally from Kozhikode and now residing in Valakom, was allegedly abducted from Kaloor and attacked in a hotel in Vaikom. The next day, the accused forcibly entered the victim’s rented house and took away the rented material for the shooting of a film. The articles were reportedly worth ₹1 crore. The accused also attacked a member of the victim’s family.
Police is searching for the absconding accused.
