Mushroom Sandwich Recipe: How To Make Mushroom Sandwich
material:
250 grams mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, cut into square pieces
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp ajwain
salt to taste
Oil
4 slices of bread
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
method:
- First fry onion and garlic in oil. Once you can smell the garlicky aroma, add the mushrooms.
- Fry them till the mushrooms start sweating.
- Add salt, chilli flakes and oregano. Mushroom stuffing is ready.
- Remove the mushrooms from the heat and add them to the mozzarella cheese. Mix it well.
- Spread this mushroom-cheese mixture on the bread and close the sandwich.
- Grill this sandwich on a grill pan or in a sandwich maker. Mushroom sandwich is ready!
