The court passed the order on a plea by EPS and O Panneerselvam challenging the attachment of the office by the revenue department.

He said the department has not taken the material fact that the petitioner was the coordinator of the AIADMK and on the basis of this he had every legal right to enter the party headquarters building and enjoy peaceful occupation.
