Madurai Corporation has 13,27,894 voters in the electoral rolls released before the elections to the urban local bodies.
Corporation Commissioner KP Karthikeyan released the voter list for 100 wards which includes 6,25,617 males, 6,75,139 females and 138 others. There are 1,317 polling stations in the city.
Assistant commissioners Dakshinamurthy, Suresh Kumar, Amarathalingam and Rangarajan, and Corporate Council secretary George Oliver Lawrence were present.
