To make this dish, put carrots and condensed milk in a vessel, mix well, cover and cook on high flame for five minutes, stirring once. Cover it for 10 minutes and stir it twice. Continue cooking and stirring it every couple of minutes until the carrots start to look a bit shiny and the moisture has evaporated. Add cardamom and ghee and half the almonds and raisins and cook on high heat for a minute. Once done, serve and enjoy!
