Kamal Kakdi (Nadaru) Chips Recipe | How to make Lotus Stem Chips:

This is probably one of the easiest recipes you can think of. The only tedious part is cutting the stems. You have to first wash, peel and then thinly slice the lotus stems. Make sure you use thick stems for best results.

Dry the cut lotus cucumber with a cloth and deep fry it in oil. You can also add some spices to it before frying to make the dish better. When the lotus cucumbers turn golden in color, take them out in a plate, add salt and chaat masala and serve.
