This Monday, Malaika Arora’s weekly ‘Move of the Week’ post got a little twist. Instead of the usual workout moves that show off her perfect body, Malaika decided to dedicate it to her sister Amrita Arora. January 31 happens to be Amrita’s birthday, and Malaika posted a Monday motivation video in which she and Amrita were working out together.
The video shows the celeb sisters doing oblique and ab crunches. While Malaika seemed to thwart the difficult moves, Amrita seemed to be finding it a bit difficult to complete them. Calling Amrita her favorite workout partner, Malaika posted the video with a sweet note dedicated to her sister.

I’ve always enjoyed working with a partner and @amuaroraofficial is undoubtedly my favourite. With whom do you enjoy your workout sessions? Amrita Arora is celebrating her 41st birthday today. To make the day special, her sister as well as her close friends Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor took to social media to write praise posts for the Golmaal Returns actress. Malaika shared a picture of the birthday girl cutting the cake and along with her the Kapoor sisters can be seen standing beside her wearing birthday caps.
