Arriving travelers took the opportunity to add dwarf lilyturf or mondo grass (Ophiopogon japonicus) plants to their luggage. Selfie booths were also arranged for them to get a chance to click pictures and/or selfies with these plants.

The airport also oriented various activities in the children’s corner set up as part of the summer carnival to reflect the spirit of World Environment Day. The children resolved to save paper, using unused pages in their notebooks for rough work, even as they indulged themselves in craft and drawing activities.
